Moondancer Creations is the collaborated artwork of Diane Brzeski and
AnneMarie Albergo. They use a wide variety of mediums in their artistic
expression including fused glass, glass lampwork, fiber weaving, woodturning,
polymer clay, forged metal, and pyrography. They say that “Finding just
the right medium to fulfill their vision is a big part of the creative process”.

Diane Brzeski began her artist exploration as a young child following in
her father’s footsteps, watching and learning as he painted in oil paints,
made a variety of the families furniture and encouraging her by setting up
her own studio at an early age. She continued her art education and holds
a degree in Advertising Art and Design from the State University of New
York. She worked as a display artist for a nationwide retailer, and a
technical artist for a book company before joining in her father’s business
where she designed products for the art material industry.

As a child, AnneMarie Albergo was fascinated with color and spent hours
drawing with colored pencils and crayons. She attributes her sense of color
from those early years. Although she paints in both acrylics and oils, oil
paint is her medium of choice as it allows her the fluidity that is essential
in her painting style. She credits her artwork as the release she needed
during her years in the hectic insurance business. “ I am so glad to be
able to make part of my living through my artwork, doing something I truly love.”
